Our Design Process
Terms Of Service and Refund Policy
Authorization/contact agreement
The client is engaging Goodrich Design as
an independent contractor for the specific project of developing
logos or graphics.
Changes and Additions
Before we begin, we will contact and consult
with the client to review specifications of the job. Any changes
requested after an initial quote has been given, other than an
amount specified, may be subject to additional charges. Two to
three minor revisions are included in the
quoted price. Additional work requested will be considered as
a separate job and will be
billed accordingly.
Completion Date
Goodrich Design and the client will work
together to complete the design project in a timely manner. We
must have all needed information to begin a project. If the client
fails to provide any requested information in a timely matter,
the completion date may be delayed.
Payment of Fees
All design work completed or in progress
remains the legal property of Goodrich Design until full payment
is made. Once monies have been received, the client shall retain
legal ownership of all contracted work.
Cancellations and Refunds
Client may cancel any work within 24 hours
for a full refund. Once design work has commenced, payment is
non-refundable but special circumstances will be taken into account.
If at any time the client wishes to
cancel after the design work is complete no refund will be given.
