Creating an animated banner or button
Here are some details to help with communication
for producing exactly the banner you need.
Most banners seem to have three rotating
transition "frames".
There's no set rule on this though. I can create just a static
banner with one image, or 2 - 4 frames as well, depending on how
much content you want in your ad. (Note: The more transitions
you have, the larger the file size, so it's best to try and stay
within those parameters.)
Typically I study my client's web site
to make color and style choices.
I'll ask for a logo to be submitted in email if you have a separate
file, rather than a logo embedded into a header image. If you
don't have a web site or prefer a different style or colors, please
let me know that in email or in the contact form. With the exception
of a logo, most of the time I provide the artwork. However, if
you'd like to submit images for me to use, that'sgreat.
The best
way to communicate about your banner or button choices would be
to send an email using the sample below:

Please keep in mind the area that we're working
with. Longer sentences will fit in a standard 468x60 banner, but
you might want to study some of our button samples if you're choosing
a 125x125 size. I'd also be glad to edit a copy a bit for size
constraints and have you approve it if necessary.
Mostly - don't hesitate to ask any questions!
I'm always happy to work with my clients to create images they
love.
